• Youth Opportunity: Helping young people realize their full potential from birth to graduation

• Health Equity: Improving health and well-being, especially vulnerable populations

• Community Resiliency: Addressing immediate needs today to strengthen the community and prepare for tomorrow

• Self-Sufficiency: Creating a ready workforce and a stronger financial future for every generation

Organizations located in or serving Chautauqua County.
